You've read about driving in India before ... but the drive on the windy, steep, and narrow roads up to Mussoorie were something new entirely. It was sort of being on a combination of an old wooden roller coaster and bumper cars. Don't believe me, check out the video below*
Gotta love the power steering on those Ambassadors! They just don't make them like they use to.
And just for a touch of irony:

*Megan's best guess as to why the driver had turned up the music so loud was to keep himself awake (we arrived at like 6am). The consequence though was that we couldn't hear any of the on-coming cars honking as they were rounding the tight corners --- hell, we could barely hear when we were honking our own horn!
