Dhanteras!

Yesterday was dhanteras. It is an auspicious day to buy metals. All the pot and pan makers were swamped with business. The bank was packed and had the rates for gold printed out and posted on every table. There are so many holidays here it is somewhat hard to keep track of all of them.....
