So it slipped my mind to mention yesterday that we're leaving on a three week trip that is taking us all over the place ...
On Friday we're begin by taking a couple of days in Kolkata on our way to Dhaka, Bangladesh for the wedding of a dear friend of mine. After several days of wedding festivities we head back to Delhi to pick up my parents who bravely agreed to come visit us in India - even after reading all of my blog posts. We'll be visiting the highlights of Rajasthan in an almost perfect imitation of our honeymoon earlier this year: Udaipur, Jaipur, Agra, and then back to Delhi. Then home again to Lucknow, arriving just after Allen's second semester of Urdu classes start January 7th.
So it may be a while before another sizable post from us - but rest assured whenever it comes it will be a doozy!
